When do I get my Kit?

You get your DIY KIT between one and two weeks. 

Shipping prices:

As we are launching a limited edition, we can't get better shipping prices. Therefore, we recommend you to do collective orders: if your friends also want a kit, you can order together and divide the shipping costs!

Where do you Deliver? 

We deliver the kit Nationaly (Germany) and Europawide.  If your country is outside Europe and really want a kit, please contact us at info@vulvapop.com, this will help for the next edition!

  • Is the kit skin-safe?
    Yes, we use a skin-safe silicone mixture that won’t harm your genitals in any way. In case you have hypersensitive skin or a kind of skin disorder, please ask your gynecologist before, if you can use it.
  • Should I shave before using the kit?
    It depends how long your hair is. If you have long or curly pubic hair on your outer labia, trim it shorter (max. 1 cm stretched) and apply coconut oil or some intimate lubricant for a better and comfortable unmoulding. But some hair is no problem, the composition of the silicon has also a lubricant.
  • Can I reuse the mould after the first time?
    You can! You can make another lollipop or even something different: Try to fill it up with water, put it in the fridge and you get an ice cube in the shape of your vulva. Put It in a drink and you’ll have a clit on the rocks. Cheers.
  • Is there any support when doing the kit?
    Yes! We did a Howto video in order to make you feel more sure about the procedure, have a look: https://www.vulvapop.com/how-to
  • How can I pay for the kit?
    You can choose between PayPal, credit card and online bank transfer (Klarna) to purchase our kits.
  • When will I get my kit?
    As soon as we get your order your kit arrives to your home within a week in Europe and two weeks worldwide.
  • Do you deliver worldwide?
    Yes, we can send it to almost every country in the world. The only exception are USA and Canada. Unfortunately, we cannot send it there. But we work on that in the future.
  • How much is the shipping cost?
    It depends on your country. The costs within Germany is 4,15 Euros. If you live somewhere else, you can look up the shipping cost for your country. The shipping will automatically be added to your order. If you order up to 6 kits, you pay only one time for the shipping so if you make a collective order with friends, the shipping can get very cheap. Our shipping carrier is DHL (using DHL Go Green) and their service is excellent.
